Need suggestions for getting into a good skincare regimen

This is for both myself and my kids.  I have been good about using handcream after washing my hands, my kids not so much.  I have encouraged them to do so, but they only think about it when their hands are cracked and bleeding.

Same goes for dd1 and her eczema issues, particularly around her eyes.

For me, I have a hard time remembering to use Eucerin.  I tend to think about it when I'm really itchy and not at home. lol

How do you remember to do what's needed to take care of your skin?  Any tips?

I did get an in-shower lotion to hopefully help myself with compliance.  Now to work on my kids….

Not at all.  And…it wasn't quite what I expected.  I got the Nivea one which you actually use after you wash and then you rinse the Nivea lotion off.  It is more of a silky feeling than a greasy feeling.

I finally put the lotion on the sink so after we wash our hands we can put lotion on. That has helped us.
