What uplifting/inspirational songs keep you going?

Hello everyone!

I was thinking this morning about a few songs that really help me when the going is rough and wondered what songs lift your spirits when you are having an asthma flare or other challenges.

I know we have mentioned them in other threads but wanted a place we could find them more easily.

Thank you!!

Here are a couple of my favorites!

What songs help you through the tough times?

    Oooh, I love this!

One group that helps keep me grounded is Rascal Flatts … I love their old songs.

You all are going to laugh at me-I'm a Bon Jovi fan through and through.  the only thing my BIL ever did nice for me was 2 years ago he gave DH and I front row seats to their concert in town-absolutely THE BEST time I've EVER had.  I just thought I was old and there until I saw some of the other's!

Livin' on a Prayer is one of my fav's

Have A Nice Day is one of the others-

Ok I am a bit of a rock fan…Metallica, The Trews, Green Day (my go to when I am out skiing).  Was just getting into Linkin Park, but the lead singer died, so there goes any hopes of seeing them live. But their songs really help me get over the stress after a long shift.

I love all these suggestions! Maybe we can come up with a Motivational Playlist that covers all the genres!

  • Wheezy Me

Keep holding on by Avril Lavigne

    Hero by Mariah Carey

    Fight song by Rachel Platten

And this one is not exactly a song but is asthma-related, and makes me laugh:

  • Marie E Natzke

I think this is by George Harrison…Give me love. Give me peace on earth.

Also…I think by Bill Withers…Lean on me. When you're not strong. I'll be your friend. I'll help you carry on.

The songs that my cousin writes and sings. Sweetbird Music by Christine Yandell. I'm so proud of her!
