I have seasonal allergies, drug, and food allergies. I have been miserable this past week. I changed allergy meds so I am hoping this makes a difference.

Welcome Gram1! I've been hearing a lot of people complain about seasonal allergies – myself included Are there things you do to help minimize your exposure? I try to keep my windows closed during the day, but that's not always possible.

Welcome to all of our new members! Seasonal allergies have been the WORST this year @Gram1.  We are here to help with information and support!  And commiserating, at least, when all else fails.

Hope you find some tips to help manage those symptoms. we posted in the forums the other day to help minimize exposure in your home.  It's focused on fall allergies but equally relevant for those pesky summer allergies too.  I learned a lot from it!

Welcome everyone!  We hope you jump in with comments, questions, suggestions or topics-whatever you need.  You will find this is the most amazing support group!!  Before I found this forum, I felt like no one understood what it was like to live like we have to, but I was so wrong.  This is a super group of people with a lot of helpful information, suggestions and different experiences.

I attempt to manage a very challenging asthma-adult onset, non-allergic asthma with a list of drug allergies a mile long.  I had reactions to ever asthma med on the market-some almost killed me-so I have to use a COPD drug off label  I take a max dose of inhaled steroids along with them and try to keep in going.  I am unable to use inhalers-the propellant in them seems to be what my lungs don't like so I am stuck using nebs all the time.  I don't do a great job of managing my asthma-it more manages me, but it's a work in progress over the last 6 years.

Welcome to the community and we hope you jump right in!
