I'm Cynthia, and I wasn't diagnosed with asthma until my early 30s. It certainly was a wake-up call for me! My DD who is 16 has managed asthma and eczema most all her life.

This is a terrific place to get ideas and share and encourage and vent! We're glad you're here!

    Welcome everyone-you will find a wonderful group of people here with a vast range of experience and knowledge but more than anything, you have found SUPPORT. We truly do know what it's like to live like you do and we do understand the difficulties.  This is the most amazing group of people here and we encourage you to jump right in-post replies and questions-they have helped me A TON

    Thank you. I come here so I bring better awareness of the.disease. Both myself and my son have asthma but unfortunately my son passed away july 15th from and asthma attack.

    Mary,  I am so very sorry for the loss of your son.  How old was he?  I can't even imagine your grief, but I want to let you know that we care and that we can help you raise awareness about asthma if you would like us to send you educational materials  -or if you have other ideas in mind. Let us know how we can help you.
