    Hi, and welcome, Santagurin! Do you have asthma or some other reason you're worried about your oxygen levels?

    Could you ask your doctor to recommend a pulse-oximeter device? This device goes over the end of your fingernail and reads your oxygen level. It doesn't poke you or hurt at all, and it's very quick and easy.

    Here's a photo of one particular kind — your doctor may have a specific brand that he prefers.
